Parklets & Streetdecks

As a brief introduction, our company Archatrak located in Bozeman, MT manufacturers modular StreetDeck kits for expanded outdoor dining that continues to be a crucial lifeline to local restaurants, and businesses. We offer a high quality deck kit with excellent design-standard features that have been highly recognized as an affordable, aesthetic, creating a unique exterior outdoor environment for community and tourist to enjoy.  Restaurant owners have seen the return on StreetDeck investment quickly, and the impact immediate with added seated capacity, as well as benefits to the town from a safety, public health, and financial standpoint.

The components of our Complete StreetDeck kit contains Steel Structure Containment Frame; Porcelain Pavers, Support Pedestals, Aluminum Ramp, Rubber Pads, Planters, Fence Panels, and there is no need for architectural design fees as instructions are provided for each deck set up. The deck kit arrives complete with all necessary parts and pieces for assembly. We recommend using a contractor or the department of public works for assistance in setting up the deck, and our engineer, Scott, is on-call for installation questions. 

StreetDecks can be customized to suit multiple spaces, for instance if you have a row of businesses and/or restaurants who may want to share the space. Our largest deck to-date has been 86’ x 8’ with a row of restaurants sharing the space along curbside in College Park, GA. included in photos above with white posts.

 There are many advantages for our StreetDeck kit, the top outstanding are:

1. Our StreetDeck kit is not a permanent deck, meaning it can assemble and dissemble for easy storage and seasonal use.
2. It is ADA compliant, with a deck with a ramp permitting easy access on to deck from curbside.
3. Our pedestal system and porcelain pavers allow for drainage and easy access underneath the platform deck.
4. Our decking surface using porcelain pavers are fireproof, frost resistant, hard wearing and stain resistant, and very easily maintained with a swift clean at the end of the day.

Regarding cost perimeters,  a Complete StreetDeck with all deck components, size 12’ x 6’  (considered one- parallel parking space)  is: $14,912.00.  For size 32’ x 6’ Complete deck (considered two-parallel parking spaces) the cost is $22,990.00.  Our StreetDeck can be installed on diagonal spaces as well, and we will quote custom sizes upon request.

Working with town leaders, and restaurant owners across the country, I agree, we have entered a new era of outside dining, asking restaurant permit holders to abide by stringent new city regulations set in place. I am happy to say we continue to meet these standards, nationwide, because of our complete modular deck kit design that can be assembled and dissembled,  meeting ADA guidelines, as well the structural sturdiness using steel components in our StreetDeck kit.
