Business Spotlight: The Blue Mountain Cider Company

Picture in your mind a plate of cheese, dried fruits, assorted nuts, Italian olives, dark chocolate covered raisins, and crackers.
Perhaps you'd like to enhance that plate's presence with cured meats. Or how about a Mediterranean hummus platter with roasted red peppers, tomatoes, celery, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and naan bread.
If there has been a time when these delicacies have you pondering the palatable possibilities, or the thought of a salad, pizza or flatbread offering has danced in your head, might I suggest - for your dining pleasure - the Blue Mountain Cider Company.
I've had the opportunity to curb my hunger pangs at Blue Mountain Cider Company on multiple occasions. My first dining experience was highlighted by spinach and artichoke dip - intertwined with baked cheeses that bubbled under a scalp's worth of parmesan cheese waiting to be spooned onto a sliver of naan bread.
Meat trio flatbread is another menu option to be considered. Whole milk mozzarella, salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, and parmesan cheese rest comfortably on classic San Marzano red sauce that blankets the soft-on-the-inside, crunchy-on-the-outside flatbread.
Ambiance is another strong suit of this establishment. Anyone would be taken in with the idea of sitting in a relaxed atmosphere on a picturesque afternoon, enjoying classic rock music in the background, sipping a favorite wine or a glass of water, and interacting with friendly staff.
