Depending on the study, it is accepted that 70-93% of effective communication is NOT the words that you use. It comes from body language and vocal inflection.
When using photos and posting to social media, you need to help recreate that other communication, and that is where emojis can come into play.
As a marketer, your job is to use them to PREVIEW the emotions that you want your audience to experience from you.
They also help to get your reader's initial attention and break up text, so that your reader starts and continues to read your copy.
