Calling All Table Hosts!

The Awards Banquet is coming up! For those that are interested in hosting a table at the Banquet, here are some guidelines:

Table Center Piece – Think HIGH not WIDE!

Place Setting for 8

White table linens, napkins and silverware are available.

Examples of additional place setting items: table square, placemats, glassware, napkins & napkin rings. Chair covers are optional.

Complimentary Gifts for each person seated at your table

These are recommended (but not required) gifts related to your business and/or the theme. Many include candy with their complimentary gifts.

Don’t put anything on the table that you want to keep!

Assume that it will all be taken at the end of the evening.

Table Decorating Times

Thursday, February 22, 9 am to 6 pm or Friday, February 23, 9am to 2pm.

One person on the table you are hosting will win your centerpiece.

The table is a 60” round and has 8 place settings – so your centerpiece needs to leave plenty of room. Use items applicable to your business and/or the theme (Brilliance).

Centerpiece items used in the past are miniature trees, plants, flower arrangements, garden ornaments, home décor, and candle stands.
