The Sustainable Living Center’s Community Energy Efficiency Program is excited to offer energy-and-money-saving resources to Pacific Power customers in NE Oregon! Through our partnership with the Energy Trust of Oregon, we offer enhanced rebates (up to NO COST!) for the installation of insulation, windows, heat pumps, and heat pump water heaters.

Ideal participants will:

● Earn less than average income

● Live in a single family, manufactured or small multifamily home (4 units or less)

● Be experiencing high energy bills

● Be a Pacific Power customer with primarily electric home heating in NE OR

If you, or someone you know, can answer yes to one or more of these questions, then you may qualify for a new heat pump and/or heat pump water heater installed at NO-COST to you! Qualifying homes will receive a FREE home energy assessment to confirm eligibility.
