Oregon's Final Disparity Study Findings Virtual Event - Friday December 15th

The DAS PS Office of Procurement Equity has published the final 2023 Oregon Disparity Study.
The State of Oregon commissioned BBC Research & Consulting to evaluate and measure barriers Oregon businesses face as part of the state government's contract and procurement processes. The report will help the state better understand outcomes in its contracting and procurement processes and help identify the next steps to address any substantial disparities.
In the study, BBC analyzed $3.2 billion worth of contracts and procurements the Executive Branch agencies awarded over five years – from July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2022. The report details each analysis's methodology, results, and recommended actions for the state.
