Dear Friend of MFCDA,

Happiest Holidays from the Milton Freewater Chamber Downtown Alliance (MFCDA)! We are proud to announce that we have met and far exceeded our 2023 goals. What a busy, productive year it has been!!!

This time last year, we never would have guessed that our work would make tangible contributions towards building a brighter future! Some of the things we are most proud of are:

·         Kicking off the year with the Awards Banquet, we were reminded that there are many wonderful happenings and individuals in Milton-Freewater.

·         Through two Make A Difference Day events and the installation of the first Latino Heritage mural in the greater Walla Walla Valley, Milton-Freewater is even more beautiful.

·         After nine Ribbon Cuttings, it is obvious that Milton-Freewater has a culture of small business ownership and community.

·         With the launch of our live music event series Friday Nights on Main, thousands of people came together to spend the evening downtown; community pride, joy in togetherness, and excitement and hope have begun to take hold once again in our town.

·         MFCDA has dominated Oregon Main Street in Volunteer Hours since Quarter 1 2023

There has been a change in our town! Things really feel different when talking with folks, when walking around town, and especially when observing business after business open its doors for the first time. We feel the growing movement and realization that Milton-Freewater is an awesome place to live, work, and play.

The future is bright! Without generous supporters in our community, we could not have completed the work we did. We invite you to join us as we work to make this a community where businesses are successful and families enjoy living and playing. The work of the Milton-Freewater Chamber Downtown Alliance is funded through regular financial investments in the form of Donations and Dues. To continue our goals surrounding “Building a Brighter Future”, will you consider investing in us so that we can keep the doors open and continue building a brighter future for our town?

Hopefully, you have been as pleased and excited as we are, as we experience the rebirth of our town!
