What to do? What to do?
You have been charged to arrange a palate-pleasing spread for a wedding, a special celebration, or perhaps a business meeting and don't know where or who to turn to.
May I suggest contacting Haute Stuff Catering Company?
I have had the good fortune of attending two events that featured the talents of one Heather Nygaard. The most recent was a mid-August Chamber Downtown Alliance luncheon in the Community Building.
Lovers of chicken salad sandwiches would have had much to cluck about. The delectable chicken salad was presented in both calorie-filled and carb-charged croissants and a health-helping lettuce wrap.
The latter option was my choice and it did not disappoint. The tender and chewable chicken complemented the crunch of the lettuce in a most delightful way.
Baby tomatoes, baby carrots, dill pickle slices and potato chips rounded out the food-consuming portion of this adventure. Those who attended had the option of washing it all down with either lemonade or water.
Enjoyed by me. Enjoyed by all.
My first experience with Haute Stuff occurred a year earlier during the Celebrate Milton-Freewater event at the Frazier Farmstead.
There was much to celebrate despite a backdrop of a sunny, but breezy and cool evening.
The crown jewel of the night was the spread unveiled by Haute Stuff that had attendees going back for more time and time again. And no wonder. Who would turn down multiple chances to feast on fruits, cheeses, meats, small bread slices topped with finely-chopped tomatoes and, are you ready for this...candy bacon? Nobody, I say, nobody.
And at the end of the table, for those wanting to glutton their way to goodness, four levels of multi-frosted cupcakes were waiting to be devoured.
Haute Stuff Catering Company, for any and all-sized happenings, is worthy of your consideration and three cheers - Hip Hip Hooray! Hip Hip Hooray! Hip Hip Hooray!
