2023 Make A Difference Day- On this day, we made our world a better place!

So many people in our town are the epitome of volunteerism, and their hearts of gold shone bright this National Make A Difference Day, April 15th.

We planted flowers at Freewater Square, we put a fresh coat of paint on the gazebo at Orchard Park, we gathered about 800 lbs of weeds and garbage from several locations, we cleaned up the area around Rite Aid, and we fixed the tagging up at Marie Dorion Park on the building/retaining walls/bathrooms. Great things were done to improve the quality of life for residents of MF by a dedicated group of volunteers.

Thank you to the individuals representing the MF Elks, Danner Farms, Rotary Club, Kiwanis Club, the City of MF, the Valley Herald, and Community Development Partnership- and everyone who came out because they wanted to MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

On this day, we made our world a better place!
